Thank you for enrolling with Pride Lands! We will contact you within two working days to confirm your booking.

We are happy to welcome you and your cub(s) to our Before School Care programme.

If there are any changes in the details provided during your enrolment, please contact us so we can update these details. You can contact us by email at info@pridelands.org.nz. Any Work and Income forms must be completed immediately to avoid any delays from Work and Income.

If your cub(s) will not be attending before school care on a day that they are enrolled, please inform us the day before they are to be absent by leaving a message on the club phone or head office phone.

Cub(s) must also be provided with a hat everyday for before school care. We will be supplying the cubs with sunscreen (Cancer society, SPF 30+) If your cub(s) has an allergic reaction to this particular sunscreen you must contact us to let us know and supply your cub(s) with alternative skin protection.

At Pride Lands the cubs wellbeing is very important to us. If your cub(s) has a medical condition/allergic reaction that requires our assistance in helping them take their medication, please fill in the medical consent form provided either on the website or at the programme your cub(s) attends.

Payment must not be made until an invoice has been issued and any payments received after the due date will incur a $20.00 late fee. Payments can be made in the form of cash or cheque directly at head office. Alternatively you may pay via internet banking to the account specified on the invoice. We advise that parents keep invoice receipts as personal records. An administration fee of $30.00 will be charged for additional requested statements.

Parents are welcome to come to the office to discuss any enquiries or concerns. If you wish to speak to one of us please let us know in advance so we can ensure someone is there to receive you.

Pride Lands offer a monthly newsletter that will be sent to you via email. Alternatively, you can access them on the Pride Lands website.
